What is Our Process
Everything that is done well is done with adequate preparation. Nothing is worse than hiring a contractor that falls short on the prep work. Almost all paint jobs consist of 80% of preparation time and 20% of actual painting.
EXTERIORS GET PRESSURE WASHED
First, we pressure wash your home to remove the years of grime, mildew, and debris. Secondly all the loose paint or failing areas must be scraped to a smooth surface. Next, we give your home a chance to dry out. We then set up our masking and drop cloths and continue to scrap any remaining loose paint onto our drops for disposal. Our painters know what specific primers and bonding agents to use when previous coats of paint have failed over time. Problem areas are primed and proven to be of sound condition before our painters proceed with finishing coats. In the North West, we often come across deteriorating substrates. Which is why we offer our clients residing and repair options as well.
REPLACING DAMAGED SIDING
Over time the elements can take a critical toll on your property. That is why we work alongside our experienced carpenters to identify and address any issues that cannot be resolved with a new coat of paint. PRIME & PAINT
Like a good foundation, priming acts like the layer that every other coat in the process sits on top of. If you make mortar without clay in your foundation, they say it will not stand the test of time. The same reason is why priming is so essential in the painting process. Therefore, we only work with the greatest of paints and primers from Sherwin Williams, Miller, Benjamin Moore, Rodda and PPG. Our Professionals have sprayers primed, brushes and rollers in hand and the attitude that makes fixing and priming damaged areas a sigh of relief. Most importantly we spray and back roll finish coats to give your project a solid and uniform look.

Successful commercial work is obtained through synergy among trades and strong leadership. Sequencing trades appropriately is crucial. That is why our foreman work diligently with all other trades to communicate our process and finish our work in the window of time allotted.
